considering the numerous requests we have received, we have decided to publish a brief update on the reimbursement policy we have adopted in case of inconveniences in travel due to the Coronavirus emergency that we are experiencing in these months.
We at Giglio Villas always put in first place the serenity and the quality of the stay of our guests during their stay in our structures. We believe that should our guests find themselves unable to enjoy their stay with us, it is our obligation to offer a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
With this communication we inform all our guests that we have decided to adopt a policy of full refund on bookings at our facilities in the event that guests are unable to reach our residences due to:
- National Lockdown in Italy
- Lockdown in other countries that actually prevent guests from reaching our facilities
We therefore invite you to book serenely your stay at our facilities, aware of the fact that for any impediment related to the emergency Coronavirus will be sufficient to make a request for reimbursement by email at email@example.com.
In case of request, we will contact the guest to quickly manage the refund procedure.
